Return Policy

Total customer satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it back to our warehouse for an exchange or refund within 30 days of delivery.

  • All returned merchandise must be deemed sellable by Trackers’s warehouse employees. All returns must be accompanied with the original proof of purchase or printed copy of the receipt/invoice, with original tags attached and also be with the original packaging.
  • Refunds with receipt are based on the price paid at the time of purchase.
  • Refunds are issued in the same method of payment used at the time of purchase.
  • Gift cards, delivery costs, credit charges, bank fees and shipping fees are non-refundable. Returns made through our warehouse have a flat rate shipping fee of $10.00 that will be removed from the original purchase amount.
  • For security and fraud prevention, we require the completion of a refund slip with your name, address, phone number and signature. This information is collected, used, and retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy 


Returning by mail:

  • Please email [email protected] for a return authorization number and return label.
  • Enter your order number and contact information.
  • Print your return label.
  • Pack the item you wish to return in the original packaging. Please include your invoice and indicate the reason for your return.
  • Affix the return label on the package. Please make sure the original shipping label is covered.
