Total customer satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it back to our warehouse for an exchange or refund within 30 days of delivery.
- All returned merchandise must be deemed sellable by Trackers’s warehouse employees. All returns must be accompanied with the original proof of purchase or printed copy of the receipt/invoice, with original tags attached and also be with the original packaging.
- Refunds with receipt are based on the price paid at the time of purchase.
- Refunds are issued in the same method of payment used at the time of purchase.
- Gift cards, delivery costs, credit charges, bank fees and shipping fees are non-refundable. Returns made through our warehouse have a flat rate shipping fee of $10.00 that will be removed from the original purchase amount.
Returning by mail:
- Please email [email protected] for a return authorization number and return label.
- Enter your order number and contact information.
- Print your return label.
- Pack the item you wish to return in the original packaging. Please include your invoice and indicate the reason for your return.
- Affix the return label on the package. Please make sure the original shipping label is covered.
